vendors to improve the management process of inventory
replenishment of the vendor's articles through their various stages
of listing, continuous replenishment and run down with
The key attribute of this partnership programme lies in having a
dedicated resource employed by the vendor to effectively manage
their own articles remotely using Foodstuffs replenishment system.
This in turn allows the vendor greater visibility of the inventory
status and article sales performance. The partnership also enhances
the effective management and timely entrant of New Products,
dedicated planning and co-ordination of promotions and close
monitoring of existing inventory levels, which results in reduced
out of stocks. Our participating vendors have seen immediate
benefits as have our members and customers.
Foodstuffs have been in successful VMI partnerships with vendors
